About Liu Ji
Liu Ji, born in Qingtian (now Wencheng), Zhejiang Province. A politician and writer in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties, he was the founding father of the Ming Dynasty. In the fourth year of Yuantai reign, Liu Ji was 17 years old. He studied hard at Shimen Academy in Qingtian under the guidance of Zheng Fuchu, a famous scholar in Chuzhou (formerly known as Lishui area), and received the education of Confucian classics.
Liu Ji is proficient in astronomy, art of war, mathematics and so on, especially in poetry and prose. The poems are simple and bold, and there are many works that criticize the corruption of the rulers and sympathize with the suffering of the people. Liu Ji assisted Zhu Yuanzhang in calming the world and making a plan. No one can measure it. Zhu Yuanzhang called him "my son's house" many times. In Chinese folk, there is also a saying that "ZHUGE Liang in three parts of the world and Liu Bowen in one country; Zhuge Liang in the former dynasty and Liu Bowen in the later Dynasty".

The story of Liu Ji and Huang Ju
