Jin Guangen, the person in charge of Lishui Xuande Huangju Development Co., Ltd., introduced that since 2013, the company has transferred 120 mu of mountain terraces from villagers with 500 yuan per mu per year, and invested more than 4 million yuan to build planting bases and deep processing supporting facilities. The annual income of Ye Pingtou villagers increased from more than 4000 yuan in 2013 to more than 10000 yuan in 2018, which is the real and happy change brought by Xuande Huangju to the villagers in the past six years.　　

Jin Guangen said that because Huangju adopts the ecological and organic planting method, it requires a lot of labor. From the first month, it needs workers to open the field, level the land, raise seedlings, plant, prune, weed and fertilize... Until the picking season in November, 365 days a year, at least 280 days or more. In 2018, the salary paid to villagers reached more than 2 million yuan. "Now many villagers take the initiative to come to the door and ask to transfer their land to us." Jin Guangen said.

Villagers Chen Aiping and Shi Yuxiang went to the city to open breakfast shops in their early years. They had to get up and prepare meals at two or three o'clock in the morning. They worked all year round and earned less than 50000 yuan a year. With the development of Xuande Huangju company in the village, they closed the breakfast shop and transferred the 5 mu of land in their home to Huangju company. They worked for the enterprise and operated farmhouse fun at the same time. "Now we sleep soundly and eat at ease, and the original wasteland has been used. After picking the fresh chrysanthemum, it is put into the furnace within 2 hours and baked at a constant temperature for 24 hours to maintain the natural quality of the chrysanthemum to the greatest extent. Its processing method has won the national invention patent. The produced imperial chrysanthemum products have successively won the titles of China's green agricultural products, Gold Award products of the world tea Federation, "famous and high-quality health (elderly care) products in China's hometown of longevity", and become the new favorite of green health drinks. The products sell well in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Wenzhou and other places.
The introduction of Huangju company has brought great changes to the infrastructure and environmental protection of yepingtou village. Villager Wang Xiaorong said that there were several kilometers of potholes in yepingtou village and it was difficult to drive a tractor.
