According to Ying Defa, the old road is not only far and winding, but also narrow and easy to be blocked by traffic. After the construction of the New Village Road, it will shorten the distance of more than 3 kilometers. Yepingtou natural village, which is "covered with gold armour all over the mountains and a new home for the beautiful people in the village", will soon be "connected" with the city in the mountains through spacious new roads.
Yepingtou natural village is located on the mountains in the northeast of Lishui City, with a total of 142 people in 68 households. Due to its remote location, weak industrial support and inconvenient transportation, the local young villagers work outside all year round and go home only on New Year's day. The phenomenon of left behind elderly and left behind children is common in the village. At least, there are only a dozen people left behind in the whole village.
"Beautiful countryside" requires "increasing income through entrepreneurship and beautiful life", and "two beauties" Zhejiang requires "continuously deepening the construction of beautiful countryside". So how to build yepingtou natural village around the "two beauties", improve the income of villagers, and make practical contributions to the entrepreneurship and employment of villagers nearby has become a major problem faced by the CPPCC in Liandu district.

The CPPCC of Liandu District first organized a counterpart consultation meeting between the CPPCC research group and "building a beautiful and rich countryside" around the "entrepreneurship and increasing income and the beauty of life", and summarized and put forward specific suggestions on managing mountains and rivers, managing villages and developing ecological industries to enrich the people. By coordinating the transfer of villagers' land and combining the ecological advantages of 300 meters above sea level and 5300 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter, Liandu District CPPCC successfully introduced Xuande Huangju Development Co., Ltd., built Huangju planting and processing base in yepingtou village, and successfully applied for the municipal original ecological photography base.
"I used to open a breakfast shop in Zhuji. I get up early and get dark every day. I don't earn much. Now my family has returned to the village. We usually work in Huangju base and open farmhouse fun during chrysanthemum appreciation. If we are close to home, we can earn 40000 or 50000 yuan a year." Chen Aiping, a villager of yepingtou village, said that now the village is very lively. Seventy or eighty people have returned to the village from other places like them.
According to statistics, up to now, the Huangju planting and processing base has rented 210 mu of villagers' mountain ridge fields (some wasteland), provided more than 40 jobs, issued more than 200000 yuan of land rent and more than 1.5 million yuan of labor fees, attracted tourists from all over the country, and gave birth to three villagers' "farmhouses".
